Return & Replace Policy

At Gorgeous Sports, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer a flexible Return & Replace policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@gorgeousports.com or WhatsApp us  to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: We’ll initiate a return shipment for you, your package will be picked up from your Shipping address within 1-3 days. 

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via same email/ WhatsApp. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Replace Policy

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Replacements are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Process:

  1. Initiate a Replacement: Contact our customer service team at hello@gorgeousports.com or WhatsApp us to initiate the replacement process. Please provide your order number and details about the issue with the item.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: We’ll initiate a return shipment for you, your package will be picked up from your Shipping address within 1-3 days.

Replacements:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the replacement order. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a similar product or a full refund.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the replacement process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
